On 12/2/2023 I paid $450 for a birthday party with the following items in the contract:1 hour of jump time with access to all park attractions (First hour of your schedule party time.)Reserved, Open-Air party table and seating for your entire party (2 Hours)A Party Host for all your needs during the event Party table set up and clean up 1 large pizza per 5 jumpers 1 pitcher of soda per 5 jumpers T-Shirt for the Guest of Honor SkySocks for every jumper Plates, cups, utensils, napkins, and tablecloth Invitations No fee for outside food or drinks Add-ons available for purchase We did not have a table for 2 hrs, we only had it for about 30 minutes. There was no host. The pizza was late and burnt. The drinks were not provided. There were not enough plates/utensils. They did not give a t shirt to the birthday girl. The place smelled like marijuana and the employees used curse words in front of the party guests. The person that was supposed to be pur host was extremely rude and the only thing she said to me over the 2 hour party was 'im going home.' The staff did not respond to phone calls or emails. Finally, an employee picked up the phone and reassured a manager '******' would reach out. He never did. Another employee gave a 'corporate email' to send complaint to, which they responded 'We don't do refunds of any kind. We will keep this info in mind as we reopen.' But they are not closed, and they are in violation of our contract.Initial Complaint

I traveled 90 minutes from home to visit sky zone Edina with my grandchildren on one occasion during the month of February 2024. I was charged for a membership fee which I never agreed to on march 2, 2024. I called sky zone Edina to cancel the membership and request refund. I was emailed a link to cancellation form and requested refund of additional charges. I was denied refund because policy states cancellation must be submitted 3 days before monthly charges are incurred. I was unable to cancel before charges were incurred as I did not know I was enrolled in a membership. I want my money refunded because I am unable to use the membership.
