            BBB unable to locate business
            I have a number of gift cards, both in card form and on file with The Day Spa, totaling at least $235.00, but perhaps more. I called to make an appointment for a facial but found out they are out of business. They did not call me to tell me they were going out of business in which case I would have used the gift cards before this happened. How do I get reimbursed? Card numbers are: GC4914622364, GC4914620696 and *************.

            For Mother's Day May, 2021, my daughter and husband purchased a $300.00 gift card from The Day Spa Edina for spa services. Just recently May 2022, I attempted to use their services before a trip with my daughter, to find that the business had just closed permanently. The Day Spa Edina business is not responding back to us and any attempts to contact them. I'm just looking to have my $300.00 charge refunded please. Thanks.
