I have a number of gift cards, both in card form and on file with The Day Spa, totaling at least $235.00, but perhaps more. I called to make an appointment for a facial but found out they are out of business. They did not call me to tell me they were going out of business in which case I would have used the gift cards before this happened. How do I get reimbursed? My husband give me a Gift card $300 dollars for this place and I just found the place is CLOSE.I have the Gift card number. I think its ********* to have the money back.Thanks.Initial Complaint

I received a $200 gift card for this spa on January 26th 2022. When I went to call and schedule services, the business is permanently closed, number disconnected and the website disabled. There is no way of getting a hold of anyone to refund this gift card amount, which is theft.Initial Complaint

I have a gift card on file with the Day Spa. I called to schedule an appointment only to find the number disconnected. I drove by the Day Spa and they are permanently closed without notice. I also have a $100 gift card at home in addition to the one on file with the spa which should be close to a remaining $200. I would like a refund since they have permanently closedInitial Complaint

On December 22, 2021, I purchased a $300 gift card for spa services from The Day Spa Edina. This was a Christmas present for my wife. Just recently, my wife attempted to redeem the gift card, only to discover that the business is now permanently closed. The business is not responding to my attempts to contact them. I would like to have my $300 charge refunded, or to have the promised services delivered. Thank you.
