I placed an online order back on September 11th, 2023, and was told my order would be shipped in ***** business days and that I would be notified when said order would be shipped. I never received any update on order status. I have sent several emails to no avail and not a single response.Initial Complaint

August 3,2023 ordered Super Bowl Deluxe 4 DVD edition for $ ***** with shipping in 10 to 14 business days. It is now the 24th, no dvds and they will not correspond with me regarding the order. Order no. *****Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 football dvds. One on the 6th and one on the 7th of June 2022. I received a order number by way of email. Items were supposed to ship in 7 to 10 days. I have not yet received them. I send the company and email on Wednesday the 15th in which they said the dvds would ship that Friday the 17th and a email sent with the tracking number. Have not received that email and have reached out to the company and get no response. I filed a complaint and asked for a refund from my credit card company. I feel the COMPANY should live up to what they promise.Initial Complaint

On December 20, 2021, I ordered thirteen (13) sports games from Classic Sports Revisited.com in the amount of $63.70. On their website, it states it takes **** business days to process orders. On January 5, I sent the following email to Classic Sports:"Good morning,I payed my invoice, #********, on December 20. When can I expect my order to ship?"I never received a response from that email. I sent a follow up email two weeks ago, but I cannot find it. After two more weeks waiting for my games to arrive, I sent the following message on January 25."What is the status of my order? I placed the order on December 20, invoice #********. I have contacted you twice regarding my question, but have yet to received a response."I found out yesterday on Classic *************** page that the owner of this company is named ***********************. From reading the comments on the ******** page, I am not the only one having issues with ***********************. He also does not respond to others either once he receives his money.The resolution I am seeking is either delivery of the games I paid for or a full refund.Initial Complaint

Order date - April 1, 2021 Invoice #******** Purchase price - $105.59 ************ Flyers Games on DVD Dispute - some of the games on DVD are not the full game or are the wrong game.Initially, I reached out to *********************** about the issue and he stated via email that he would correct the issue and send out the correct games that were in question. I have a trail of emails reaching out to *********************** inquiring about the whereabouts of the corrected games stemming back to May 2021. I would receive an email that he was still working on them. I would wait a few weeks and then attempt to contact again with no answers.On September 5, 2021 ************ sent an email stating that his system had crashed but is now working and hopes to send out the games later in the week. I continued to email (9/22, 10/3, 10/6 and 10/18) and call the phone number on the invoice with no answers. On October 25, 2021 ************ wrote an email stating he was in the hospital with COVID and was working on my order and would be in contact within a couple of days. I wrote to ************ on November 22 & 29 2021 again inquiring as well as in December 2021 with no answer. The phone number of ************ goes to a voicemail with his name provided. His website is updated periodically and therefore shows he is still operating.
