August 28th, 2021 through Labor Day 2021.We toured Lasting Impressions, paid a deposit of one weeks tuition as well as a $75 enrollment fee. We showed up to start our infant a week later, the day after Labor Day, and the entire center was shut down and out of business. Luckily a former parent came to collect her child's belongings and provided us with the information that the families received less than 72 hours notice that their child's daycare was shutting it's doors. We were not informed of this as they never enrolled us but managed to cash both of our checks. The only way we were able to attempt to get our money back was through this other parent. There was zero attempt to return our money or our phone calls. All lines and emails had been disconnected. After much persistence we were able to get our deposit back but the owner *************************** and ******************* refuse to give us our $75 enrollment check back. It is not about the money at this point. It is about their business practices and taking our money after putting us through the ringer with zero communication and nowhere for our infant to go while we went back to work. There was no apology or remorse and we want our money back. They are also the owners of another business EON, Llc. but it was not listed on here. The way they treated everyone who went to this center was unacceptable.
