Our deck failed inspection after our remodel and now our contractor won't return our messages about coming out to fix the final pieces. I am wondering if there is a way to work through your office to get them to act. All we need are 6 joists put into place and the inspector said it would pass inspection. Can you please advise on how to approach this? My ****** searches all recommended reporting it to this office.
