THESE???? CHARGED ME 15$ A MONTH, WHEN I HAD GOVT ACP PROGRAM( DISABILITY, PRIOR MILITARY, MEDICAID,,SNAP ..NO RETURN $$, CUT MY SERVICE OFF 2/3/4/5 ***** OVER ,4 YRS I HAD IT & CHARGED ME , ( ON ACP ), SCAMMERS BIG TIME , CUT MY SERVICE OFF , BECAUSE THE WORKEE DIDNOT PUT MY NEW EMAIL ADDRESS IN , BROUGHT COMPUTERS ?? ( FIXXING 15,16,17, YR OLD Computer's FOR SALE , ..BASIC PASSWORD SET ,IF FORGOTTEN , TELL CUSTOMERS ,JUST TO UPDATE & RECONFIGURE OPTIONS ,I FID IT ...THEY CHARGING ME 20$, AFTER THE NATIONAL CENTER PAID A YR LONG GAURANTEE ON COMPUTER TO BE FIXXED , ONLY A WEEK ,NOT USED *************** CHARGING AFTER THE CENTER SAID A PASSWORD BLOCKAGE IS FREE, BOTTOM LINE , THEY SKIMMING,SCAMMING, CHEATING PEOPLE ??PCs for People Minnesota, LLC Response

Unfortunately, congress has not appropriated more funding to the **** The lack of funding caused the *** to end as of May 1st. PCs for People does not require client's to continue paid service, and per your account you were not charged. But, if you would like to continue service with internet service with PCs for People, the internet would cost a fee. Regarding the service being disconnected, our internet is a pre-paid service, if you do not renew the service prior to the expiration date then the internet service will be de-activated.
Password removal on computers are not free, and never have been free. All computer purchased from PCs for People come with a year long hardware warranty. The warranty does not cover password removals.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience with PCs for People. I had high expectations for a refurbished laptop that would serve as a reliable tool for my needs. Unfortunately, the reality has fallen far short of these expectations.The laptop I received has a clear and persistent issue with its battery. Despite indicating a 100% charge, the laptop experiences random shutdowns, rendering it unreliable and unpredictable. This poses a significant hindrance to its functionality and defeats the purpose of having a portable computing device.Moreover, the process of obtaining a shipping label for the return and repair of the laptop was considerably delayed. Efficient communication and timely resolution are crucial aspects of customer service, and the extended waiting period for the shipping label added to the overall frustration of this experience.In light of these issues, I have made the decision to recycle the laptop. This decision is made with regret, as I had anticipated a more positive outcome from a refurbished device provided by ********************** hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in both the quality assurance of refurbished devices and the responsiveness of customer service. Thank you for reviewing PCs for People, I am sorry that you received a laptop with a non-functional battery. Unfortuantely since the computer has been recycled I am no longer able to offer a refund or replacement. I ordered a desktop on 12/8/22. I already planned on giving them extra time because of the holidays. Today is 1/9/23 and still no PC. I started calling them the end of week 2. I've made 3 or 4 calls and been told different things by different people. First excuse, holidays. Second excuse, waiting on a part to complete refurbish. Thursday when I called they said I should have it by Saturday. Well here we are on Monday and they're looking into why it hasn't been sent out. I thought this was a good company. Doing good things for people with financial issues. I don't think this way anymore.PCs for People Minnesota, LLC Response

Bought a computer which was supposed to have a 500gb hard drive , they sent a 250gb hard drive. I sent it back, they sent me another laptop and when plugged in the battery doesn't charge. Total junk computers. Buyer beware.PCs for People Minnesota, LLC Response

When any refund is processed for any transaction, it can take between **** business days for the funds to appear in your account. The funds are released from us immediately when the refund is processed in our customer management system. It depends on your banking institution when the funds appear in your account. PCs for people told me I would have to get an A hotspot and a computer for a discount they scammed me I never received my hotspot on my computer so I called my card issuer and Im filing a dispute number receive the item I dont even have Internet with them Ive been using ******* I have no Internet with them theyre a bunch of fraudsters in front of me I could even call them because it was Saturday theyre not open on the weekends so if they charge you for Internet and I use your $30 credit and you dont have Internet anywhere else you have no Internet here without Internet they scammed mePCs for People Minnesota, LLC Response

They make you renew the *** program monthly and you cant renew it too early and theyll suspend your service of you dont renew it by the date and then it takes forever for them to get the wifi working again! The managers and employees are either liars or dont know how to do their jobs and they say that they reached out to Mobile Citizen to till them to renew the monthly internet however they dont send your name on the list to Mobile Citizen so they still show your account suspended and PCs for People dont give you the **** digit pin so Mobile Citizen cant activate the WIFi and ******** cant turn on the router without this pin! Now ******************** is gone till after the new holiday on Monday so I dont have internet for the whole long weekend and I need internet for my work and for the tv repairman on Monday to fix my tv and it needs internet. The company just is so incompetent and they blame everybody else like telling me Mobile Citizen cant reactivate the internet today when they never sent my name on the list and if they did today I would have internet and I placed the order yesterday! The delay in reactivation is not a punishment, the delay is due to three different companies involved in the process of reactivating your account. PCs for People process the payment for the internet renewal, then notify Mobile Citizen, who then inform ********* In regards to the *** renewal, there are some rules that need to be followed to properly access the benefit. One of the rules is renewals can be done at the earliest, two weeks prior to the expiration date. This is a rule implemented by the ***** the governing body that manages the ***.Review from Trae G

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone from that company, I waited a month when it was supposed to be 3-5 business days for my package to arrive. When it finally did arrive it was missing cords and even had the wrong parts included.Review from Tammy S
