I went to purchase a car at Monkey Motors.They lied about the general condition of the vehicle.They are involved in some sort of game with an obscure lender who charges excessive interest rates.Two days after purchasing the vehicle I asked to return it. It is much more ***** than they claimed. They simply painted over rust.The car's battery dies at random moments. The vehicle is very difficult to drive and very quirky. I am unable to drive it because it does not respond as it is supposed to.I asked to return the vehicle within 2 days, and have reiterated my concerns and complaints to Monkey Motors on numerous occasions, to no avail. They do not even return my calls or texts or emails. The car is modified compared to how it was originally, making it impossible for me to see out the back window. They have never mailed me the license plates and the temporary "plate" is expired.It is a danger to drive and I want them to allow my return and reimburse me for everything I spent, including the $1,300 deposit, the monthly car payment I have made, and that they be responsible for the reimbursement to the creditor. In the alternative, I would accept a safe car under the same "conditions" as they sold this one in terms of loan. They sold me a bill of goods and it is unfair. They are absolutely predatory in their sales techniques, their lender is even more so. I am disabled in that I have bi-polar disorder, depression, and anxiety. I am shaking even typing this. The vehicle is dangerous and the predatory, fraudulent, lying company Monkey Motors is running needs to be sanctioned for putting me, or anyone without a lot of money. PLEASE HELP!!!!I can provide the necessary supporting documents.
