I requested carpet cleaning, told her my situation of many stairs and a bedroom downstairs that had an odor to it and asked her to bring a stronger The normal fragrance cleaner for the basement carpet. When she was about halfway done I was looking at her method of cleaning with a machine that has a bonnet pad on it, I told her my concern with getting my carpets clean enough that way she insisted it would be an amazing job. My basement carpet still had a dust smell to it, My stairs were still very dirty especially the front of them as her machine could not do the whole stair. I had her do a couple area rugs they still looked very dingy. I let her know and she was going to send me a refund then she decided to change her mind. When she quoted me a price before she came she said $100 and when she left it was all of a sudden 150. Call is her machine dead basically is dig the dirt Deeper. I had two opinion afterwards from carpet cleaning companies that do steam cleaning and they explain this process she does only does the surface and will not get your carpets clean it takes the dirt and it looks good for a while for some people but then it comes back. I do not recommend this method for getting your carpets clean!!
