We hired Francis pest control a few years ago to keep mice out of our house. We were happy with their service at first, but then after a year of not hearing from them or seeing anyone come to our house, we got a $500 service ****. When I called about it, we were told that the service guy had come out the whole time during the pandemic. We were all at home 100% of the time because of my husbands health conditions. We ordered groceries and products from amazon. We were literally always home. We did not have anyone in our house the entire year and our backyard is fenced. So, even if he did come out and we missed it, he was not able to do the job we were billed for without having access to inside or the back yard. The owner of the company told us he was busy and gave us a number of someone in ********** to call. That person said nothing other than his vehicle was at our house on the billed dates. In addition to this, we had another tech person from the company call and say that our old tech person got fired for going to people's houses and not doing the job. When we asked **** the owner about it, he told us that was not correct. My husband who has a brain injury paid the **** because he did not understand the situation.Business response

Are GPS systems are run by satellites. So if the computer says the car was in your drive way then it was. And I did tell you that the tech was not fire for not showing up to the customers house. Is health was failing and was in and out of hospital for a month and half after leaving the my company.
My tech was in your house on 8-26-20 at 2:45pm and you called us back for the call back on 9-17-20 at 2:23pm to treat wasps in your bathroom.
And was there 11-14-20 at 10:20 am and 2-04-21 at 10:06am and 5-15-21 at 1:18 pm.
So you called us back out of the wasps in your bathroom and you were there for that.
You never had any problems with pests after we started servicing your house.
