Anytime fitness has been charging me their monthly fee of over 40 dollars per month since 2017 after i had cancelled because this location was no longer doing zumba. They claim that I had put a "freeze" on the account but cannot or refuse to show me the paperwork to prove this and so they claim they had every right to charge me.The owner at that time whos name is *********************** says he REMEMBERS me putting a freeze on the account but again without proof of this, he has failed to show me this. The new owners that also have charged me too have not provided any paperwork . They say they will let me know IF they find it and that papers are destroyed after 7 years even though I had cancelled WELL WITHIN the 7 year limit. Being charged about 3 thousand dollars to a company that has no record of me even being there is absolutley repulsive. **** recently informed me that i have to go in to write and sign a cancellation form but the new owners took it upon themselves to cancel without me having to go in and write or sign anything. Its obvious that I am getting the run around here and this company is trying to keep thousands of dollars they charged my account without me stepping foot inside their doors since 2017.
