I purchased a hoop barn kit from Red Tag Industries this spring for $4,700, it was paid in full immediately, when going to pick up the address on the invoice for pickup was incorrect. I tried calling 7 times and no one picked up. I had to send them an email while waiting there to find out they had moved an hour away and gave the old address. Once I got the kit to NE, I assembled the frame following the directions and using provided hardware. The entire structure collapsed that night due to hardware breaking and tubes bending, it damaged one of my tractors in the process, I have pictures before and after and proof that the max wind gust speed was only 10mph that night, this kit is supposed to be rated for 60mph+. I attempted to contact Red Tag to find a resolution and finally got through to one representative after calling 8-10 times and getting no answer. He said he would start a claim. Weeks went by with no feedback, I finally got in touch again and emailed their "claims" department which appears to be the same guy and got an automated response that they would get back in 24-48 hours. They have since not picked up the phone for any calls and there has been no resolution. I had to disassemble and weld the entire structure to get it to stand. I am very dissatisfied with the communication and there has been no effort made to right the situation.
