I ordered 4 sweatshirts at a craft show in 2021. Was told they were shipped could never give me a tracking number. Same complaints as the reviews. She strung me aling for 4 months promising me she shipped continued to reship them and never received. She refused to give me my money back. I then went to her online store and ordered another to see if by chance I would get that one. I did not and once confronted she accused me of setting her in to fail even though she had my money and I had no shirts.Initial Complaint

Nov 2022 Ordered a sweatshirt at Canturbury Downs craft sale . Paid in full $70.00. Company was going to send my size. Never got the sweatshirt . Contacted Snowman and appeal many times no responce. No refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Vikings sweatshirt from this business at the *****, ** craft fair in October of 2022. I STILL have never received it! Have attempted to call and she does not answer her phone. She said it would include a tracking number in a text. That never happened either.
