My daughter purchased a used car from this dealership July 11, 2023 for $2,700. Within 2 weeks this car was undrivable. Three days after she purchased it, it overheated. It overheated again 6 days later; she had a mechanic put in a new thermostat. A week later it literally died; it appears it was sold to her with a crack in the engine block and something was put in it to temporarily seal it. When she called the owner, he replied it wasnt his problem as she had signed a no warranty paper. This business was given a 1 star as it wasn't an option to give it a 0 star.

I onIy gave this dealership a one because zero was not a choice! I made the mistake of buying a car from this dealership on 4-13-2022. A **** ***** cavalier for my hippie type brother living up near ***, **. Another brother and I were told by a so called lot boy that the battery was "new" and the alternator was "good". The "manager" was "unavailable". We took it for a short test drive and it performed ok. After the purchase I got 10 miles from the dealership and the car would idle, but would die as soon as I put it in gear. We pushed it off the busy street onto an asphalt sidewalk. Our call to the kid who had sold the car just got us a reminder that we bought the car "as is" and the phone number of a "cheap" towing company! After the car cooled it would run again for a while and we got to my nieces home after two more cool down periods. I took it to their local garage and had repairs made to the car by a very good repair garage. It turns out we were lied to by the lot boy since the battery and alternator were both bad! I had some other leaks fixed that this reputable garage found. I accept that the cost of those extra repairs were mine to bear with the "as is" purchase of the vehicle. I maintain that the cost of the new alternator and battery should be reimbursed by Big Man motors since they told me that AS IS included a working alternator and battery. Both of which turned out to be untrue! Big Man Motors will not pick up my phone calls anymore and did not answer an email I sent. Personally my honesty and integrity is worth a whole lot more than $725.00 but it appears that the honesty and integrity of Big Man Motors is not worth that amount of money! Use this dealership at your peril! I would advise you to not buy anything from this dealership until you have it checked out by a reputable mechanic!
