Dear TLC *****,with the letter we had received as of 03/23/2022, this seems churlish. There is no substantial amount of evidence, proof or clear documentation without an advocate to state that the pick up time and consistency was to be stated by ******* ********** an hour late. TLC ***** states that with pick up and drop off times, they will add an additional 5 minutes per pick up time to keep the workflow in order with their staff. In the incident that happened on 03/18/2022, I happened to pick up my daughter before 17:10, but you note that their daycare is still open until 18:00. I arrived to pick up my daughter and was on the ground buckling her in her car seat to go home. ******* proceeded to approach me with an attitude that did not strike me as pleasant as usual and started to demand and direct me that I communicate these "Late" pick up times with the facility as she has had staff stay after hours for our family numerous times. ******* threatened to state to the mother that if the late pick up would continue she would call the "cops" to settle the situation as this is child abandonment. In the past if this was an issue why were the cops never called throughout the month of March if you claimed this statement to be truthful? I have filed a police report as of 03/21/2022 with the **************************** if that was the case and for my own safety. This is a false statement and as I tried to attempt to communicate with ******* she turns around and walks away and greets another family with a half-faced attitude. I walked past the other family and brought my daughter home that night and told my husband of this incident. My husband calls the daycare center to try to alleviate the concerns that I brought up and ******* stated over the phone numerous times, "Excuse me **** ****** me **** ****** me sir" without letting my husband speak for himself and note that my husband did not raise his voice, not once to *******. ******* shows to be as cruel, racist, and unprofess
