I had some service done on my HVAC done back in November 2022. This was the 3rd time they had been out to fix the issue. On April 25, 2023, I heard the same noise with our belt (that was replaced in November 2022) and our HVAC stopped working. I contacted the company via email and told them of the issue and requested for someone to come out and take a look at it, but was told that I would have to look elsewhere for service (via an email). I was dismayed at the response, as any reputable company would back up their work. The reason given for denial of service was the following (taken from the email); "In response to your request for service we will not be able to service your location due to payment issues. Our invoice for the services you mention below was just remitted in April." I responded stating that the reason the bill did not get paid was due to an oversight, but it was paid, and that they were paid for the previous 2 other times. The company's response was (taken directly from the email I received); "We have been to your location 2 other times since 2020. I suspect you have another vendor you could call for your issue. There is no change of opinion based on your email below."I responded to the email and asked if we were late with the previous 2 times they had been out there, to which I received no response. Hence the reason for my complaint. I don't make a habit of directly going to the BBB, but they made it clear that they were not going to help.In closing, both previous times the company came out was due to the same issue. I was told by the tech (*******) that belts should last at least a year. The fact that they are denying me service on a service that they were paid for and now is an issue (again) after 5 months is a problem. In my desired resolution I state that my 1st resolution would be to fix the issue, or refund me for the last repair since they are denying anyone coming out to access the issue (which very likely is the belt).Business response

Issue was resolved 11/2022. Customer remitted payment for services on 4/5 after 5 attempts to collect. Customer was declined services due to payment issues.
