            This business wont give any estimates. They use fear-mongering to try to get you to pay way more money than you have. They price ***** and dont even provide you with an invoice or receipt. Very unprofessional, rude and disregard for personal property. Flooded my floor and let water flow down my walls because he was too lazy to ask for a bucket or use any type of device to catch free flowing water coming from the washer water hookup valves. Was charged $399 for them to literally just set a heater next to my house and blow under it to thaw frozen pipes. It was not an after hours or emergency call. I was taken for a ride. They knew I was in an emergency situation and totally took advantage.
