            *********, paid off my car loan . Then they reversed the car loan. Thus making me two months behind on my payments. Took a hit to my credit because of this. They would not even pay the for their s**** up cost me 1597 dollars.

            We bought a vehicle through them. We had to leave it for them to fix the ** right after we bought it and took them a week to do so. Which that repair didnt hold as the ** still doesnt work so there must be a leak somewhere. One month after having the vehicle the timing chain blew. They told us they would repair it but we needed to pay $2,000 of the repair. Now 18 months later it went again and destroyed the engine and they wont help. Horrible customer service that doesnt stand by their repairs and they sell bad used cars.

            Our General Manager has been in contact with ******* through out this situation, even today. ****** miles have been put on the vehicle in the last 18 months and we have not seen the vehicle in that time. The vehicle was purchased As-Is and the customer acknowledged this thru the sale. As well we participated in the 1st repair. in that repair we replaced parts with Motorcraft Parts. April 4th ******************* providing the customer with a conference call with **** and the solution was it needed to be taken to a **** store and inspected. According to ******* the timing chain broke and that Motorcraft would participate in the repair as long as the customer could prove that they changed the oil per the recommended schedule. According to ******* he could not produce any repair orders for the maintenance or any receipts that supported the purchase of oil or filters for the vehicle so the claim was rejected by Motorcraft.
