Okay so I bought a 2018 Cadillac suv from Vaughns auto *** LOCATED ****************************************************************** on June of 2021 I finance it I put down ****** he told me wen I lease this truck it was brand-new an he couldn't go down on the price me notice a dent in the bk of the truck that same time as purchaSE WAs confuse so I went on carFAX an read the report an the car has been in accident I told him the next day he said the report aint true ok so a few months past winter hit I put my car in my garage cus of weather so wen winter was over I brung it bk out by February in the end of march I drove to ******* an that's wen the car stop on the expressway middle off traffic wit my four kids I was startle so I went strait to Cadillac Carlot in ******* they said the vent number doesn't match they had to find the number on the door anyway they gave me a report sayin the car was total out ITS BEEN IN ACCIDENT IN ******* an it computer malfunction an its been in a terrible accident they describe it as junk CAR an that who ever sold me this was wrong she suggested I take it bk now mind u im in ******* on my way to a funeral the it stop so I didn't make the funeral after I left Cadillac the car started bk 2 run in so I chance it on the road bk to ********* we made it safe I call ****** he said bring the truck in he will chk an see wat the problem which I didn't understand because ******** had already email the problem an I text him the copy of paperwork they gave me anyway I brung the car bk an haven't heard from him s***e three months ago sayin he lookin for me another car now Im single mother of four wit no transportation to work or school for my kids im unable to pay my bills wit out transportation I think that's very unfair because I paid over ****** for a car an still have to pay for uber to work an school for me an my kids please can u help me or direct me to someone thank u so much have a great day
