They were contacted by a real estate broker who had our property listed to complete a wooded trail though a large 20 acre lake property from a high wooded area to a low lakeside marshy area. This occcured last week and the attempted work to do the job was done on thursday and Friday of March ***** or 2024. This company had a office worker named ******* Gilbert reach out to us to confirm the job of putting in a trail suitable for a golf cart or side by side ATV suitable for a disable veteran to be able to ride down to the lakeshore. This ******* woman emailed in writing on Friday March 22 that the job was complete and she would send photos of proof of completion and the work down for approval with in "A FEW MINUTES" SHE DID NOT. She instead sent the bill invoice and few photos showing a poorly done path on March 27th several days later with NO EXPLANTION in all of those days as to why NO REPLY then finally a family story. Then later the SAME DAY SHE SENT AGAIN A DEMAND FOR PAYMENT SAYING INVOICE/******************* UNPAID LESS THAN 24 HOURS FROM US RECEIVING IT DOCUMENTED BY EMAIL. THESE STRONG ARM RACKETS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED BY US WHETHER THEY COME FROM THEM OR ANY CONTRACTOR TRYING TO MUSCLE PEOPLE AGAINST ACCEPTED NORMS. Then today on March 29th after being told on March 28th that the job was not done satisfactorily and that either a payment adjustment needed to be made or completion of the intended project AGAIN THIS WOMAN ******* SENT ANOTHER STRONG ARM EMAIL SAYING SHE EXPECTED A REPLY OR PAYMENT WHEN SHE GOT UP IN THE MORNING. Who does she think she is a mafia collector or what? We intend replying in the same timely manner she did meaning 5 or 6 business days later but of course now we are in the middle of a National Legal Holiday called Easter yet on Good Friday she resorted to these Strong Arm Tactics. We have an attorney as one of our Executives with Northern Lakeshore and intend after the holiday season to review our rights and reply to them.
