I purchased a Pleasant Hearth vent free heater from L&M on the 10th of this month. It was delivered on Saturday the 6th. I noticed that the grille on the front was damaged. I contacted the dealer and requested a replacement. I was asked for pictures of the grille. I sent three. Then I was asked for pictures of the box that it came in. I sent pictures of the box. They claim to offer world class customer service and they claim they place the highest level of importance on customer satisfaction and yet they tell me they will not replace the grille until they receive compensation from the shipper. The only way to get the grille any sooner is to supply them with my credit card info, Get charged and ultimately someday down the road possibly get reimbursed. I shouldn't have to wait weeks or pay for another.Business response

This customer ******************* has been taken care of stove came from the manufacturer and the grill on the front was damaged. Customer emailed our online service (where he purchased it from) at 9:48 am with the complaint. We tried reaching out to the customer on **** and left a voicemail. *** did call back on 1-24-24 and we worked with the vendor to ship him a new grille. This issue has been resolved with the customer. Thank you.
