I was a customer at this location. When KRT sold to Happy Space things changed. One thing that changed was the billing system. One month I admittedly forgot to pay one month under the new system. I received an 17 dollar late fee and a 100 dollar truancy fee. I called them and told them what happened I agreed to pay 2 months and the late fee to become current and they agreed to reverse the ridiculous 100 fee. They never reversed the fee and I got another late fee. I called back and they waited 2 weeks to reverse the charges and didn't reverse enough so I got another late fee. I called again and in a ridiculous amount of detail explained how much they need to reverse to correct the situation. They again failed and I paid my 85 monthly fee. Finally after 4 months in they admitted they don't really know how to use the system that well and if I just keep paying 85 a month I will have nothing to worry about. This went on for about a year without them ever correcting the billing issue. I would call them about it every other month or so but wouldn't even bother contacting me back. Finally at the end of November we moved all our stuff out of our storage. I went to go cancel our unit and the website wouldn't even work to cancel our membership. I called every day until they finally got back to me on 12/4 and I verbally told them as of 11/30/21 we are moved out. We will not be paying the remaining balance on the account because it is your billing system errors. To this day I am still getting monthly bills from them and invoices and late payment emails and our outstanding **** is nearing **** dollars. I will not be paying this and want them to acknowledge my move out. I am writing this complaint to have a record I did something because I want to avoid any unjust litigation on there part towards me. I just the matter resolved and ended.Business response
