Hired this company to build a screen porch off the back of my house. They proved to be inept at every step of this process! I provided the plans. They seemed to be unable to read them. They measured foundational footings incorrectly so now the columns hang over the footings. Initially they did not dig the hole deep enough so they had to come back out to redig them. They then failed to grade the area correctly so it had to be redo by us in extreme heat because they were going to be back the next day, but then did not return or call for 2 weeks. The crew left the entire yard a complete mess!! With cigarette butts, empty drink bottles, food wrappers and construction debris everywhere. The contract called for a dumpster; however, they never got one so the construction mess was all over the yard. They put the roof on incorrectly so water leaked into the exterior walls of my house and the water also stained the stucco. When we complained about this at first they just did not return calls. They finally came out to "fix" the roof. But did not. Then they demanded payment for a job not yet finished. They also felt fixing the stains on the stucco meant painting it? When confronted with these issues the response was to no return calls or demand money for parts of the job that was not complete. If I could rate them less then 1 star I would.
