    I stayed at this hotel for a one night get away (from my kids) and the room was so awful it shouldnt even be allowed to be being booked out. It was a whirlpool room - the carpet was all wrinkled throughout the room & tore on the edges. The exhaust fan for the tub was a open hole in the ceiling exposing the duct, the noise level of the ********* together made it impossible to even use the tub - which was filthy. There was a patch on the inside of the bathroom tub of white duct tape. The sheets were dirty & we had to go get new sheets & remake our bed. There was a broken tv in the room - they just put a working one in front of it. It was so bad. And I kindly emailed them a complaint - and they offered me some rewards points that wouldnt even cover a nights stay - and when I requested a refund they offered $30 (30%) and felt that was fair enough and then told me take it or leave it. I was charged more for a room that was DISGUSTING and old & broken - oh the heater was also not on & the cover was broken. There were bugs crawling on the walls - Asian beetles. Ugh it was so bad. I didnt take photos because I was embarrassed and didnt even want acknowledge to myself that I had just spent all my money to try & have a relaxing evening - and because I spent all the money we had to stay! I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they laughed in my face. Could have refunded my $96 and instead Im writing to the BBB.

    If leaving a no star review was possible, I would have selected that option. We booked 2 months in advance for a 7 day 6 night vacation, with a rate of $69 a night plus 1 pet for my fiancs step sisters wedding. Once we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with rude staff and a nightly fee of $103 with an additional $30 pet deposit per night. They charged our card for the full amount of our stay upon check in, although we expressed our unhappiness with the price change and said we would most likely be leaving. The room was a smoking room, and we chose that option because we had our pup. Upon entering the room the door didnt open or close properly, in fact if you didnt close the door yourself it wouldnt close all the way behind you. The carpet had been removed from the entrance and a rug had been glued in its place. The room had damage everywhere from the sneezed on broken mirror to the trim on the furniture missing, as well as pictures missing from the wall. The shower curtain rod was barely in the wall, and we are lucky that it didnt come down when we showered the next morning. The remote was missing a battery and the back cover, luckily the buttons on the tv worked. Upon leaving, I was told by the front desk that she could not give me a proper receipt for the 1 night we stayed because her manager had to adjust the charges, and then went back to her phone. Overall this was an all around horrible experience. This hotel is severely out of date, the pictures on the website must be from when it was built because it looks nothing like the physical place. Now we have to wait, over a holiday weekend for a refund of almost $900, on a vacation that we budgeted two months for.
