On 04May2022, I came back from work and realized my yard was cleaned. I had booked appointment for cleanup with another individual to be completed on 05May. So it was surprising the job was completed on the 4th May, I reached out to the individual and he made me aware he didnt complete the job.Later in the evening, I received an invoice from Augusta green for cleanup service. I informed them I havent requested any service, ****** replied that I had used them for a onetime service last Spring and they sent out an email in March which I didnt see.I made ****** aware, I requested for a onetime service last year Spring, I cancelled my fertilizer application service with them last year and did not use them again for Fall cleanup so I see no reason for them to complete a job I didnt request because I had onetime service them the previous year. I have no agreement with them for continuous service.Finally, ****** threatened to send me to debt collection. I want a resolution from BBB.Initial Complaint

If I could give 0 stars I would. Hired in April of 2020 as I had just moved to a single family home and did not own a lawn mower/did not want to mow my own lawn. Decided with owner to hire company for bi-weekly services at about $50 per service($100/month). Hired company on April 18th of 2021, services started on 05/05/2021. I received my first invoice on 05/05/2021 and paid it right away. The invoice was $100. Augusta came out once on 05/05/2021 and claims they came out again on or around 05/20/2021. Although, the second time they reported they came out my lawn looked terrible (no different than it had before), the area around my fence was not trimmed (even though they reported they would do this), and my neighbors who are home all day everyday report they did not see anyone out and they would know because they themselves were outside all day doing their own gardening and yard work.Now, almost 7 months later, owner emails me and says I owe $214 as an outstanding balance from May services. Owner is stating that my previous payment was from services in April when they did not start services until May 5 of 2021. Owner also has no idea of when services started, what the rate of payment was, when they actually came out to provide services, and is threatening legal action/court intervention regardless of the fact that all of the evidence clearly shows that services started in May of 2021, payment for the month of May of 2021 was paid, and services were canceled on June 2nd, of 2021. The owner seems to waffle between me owing them $214, now down to $107 when in fact, based on ALL of the evidence, it is $0.00.
