We hired Adams in February 2022 to find out how mice were getting into our house and to get rid of them. Adams found the issue, we paid for the one time service and we were happy. Then in November, Adams stopped at our house without us calling. They said they were checking on their work. They were here for 5 minutes and then left. We then received a bill for $250 and they didnt actually do anything. Our house hasnt had mice since the first time and Im not sure why they came back.Business response

Approximate date of transaction was September/October of 2021. Contacted via telephone to set up ****** pest control for rodent service at my property in ********, **. This is a second home, no mail service. Service rep came out and placed traps in and outside residence. Billing was to be on cc. Company sent invoices for service to the ******** address, which has no mail delivery. In February, I called ****** when a notice of collection was rec'd at my full time residence in *********** **. I immediately called to resolve a payment issue (I paid the yearly **** at the time in full) and was told the service would resume and they would send someone out to my ******** Residence to check on status of traps. No further service ever took place again! I was not told my service was being discontinue, I was told my service would resume due to their improper billing mistake. Again, I have paid my **** with ****** in full and have had no service since initial visit. I now have damage to my property from rodents and several holes in my yard!! Management is the ******** office has not called me back to discuss resolution. I was NEVER told at any point, that due to inaccurate billing set-up on ****** end-and sending my account to collections(which was immediately resolved and paid in full!!) , my account would be cancelled - Completely unacceptable! I have called the ******** office to speak to **** the manager - no returned calls. I have emailed **** no response - she sent my email to accounts payable, *****, who I spoke to and she told me should would talk to *** and call me back - no call back received from *****, nor ***. I have reached out to the regional manager as well. I am reaching out to file a complaint with the BBB and the BBB's assistance in reinstate my pest control service ( at no charge, for one year) immediately.Business response

I received your email in regards to the recent billing issue. I reached out to the proper team members, both Accounts receivable and Regional Manager, to address all sides of the concerns and provide the best solution as we wanted to resolve this for you. I've been in and out of the office and asked ****** to contact you and set up a ************** at no additional charge as soon as possible. It looks like she was able to get ahold of you yesterday and scheduled your ******** property for June 20th to check the full exterior for entry points and refill bait stations.
Please let ** know if this date no longer works or if you have any questions.
