April 12th 2022 Clear Choice ordered a part for our hot tub with down payment of $700.00. Said part would be in within a weeks time. It is now June and still waiting. Every week they say it is in New Brighton and being delivered to them. They don't return calls so we have gone to their shop several times trying to get an answer to no avail. Please help resolve this issue.Customer response

Purchased pool cover from Clear Choice Pool and Spa. Shortly after it was installed found that there is a rip in the seam Clear Choice has been stalling on making repairs under warranty. My wife has been calling them over the last year along with text messages to get them back to make repairs but there is no reply, or they would just say somebody will be there in next couple of weeks. Talked with Rob at Cover Star **************. All text messages with ************* have been set to Rob and he said he would talk to Clear Choice Pool about this matter. Still, no one has called back or replied in any form of message in the last week from Clear Choice. The factory Cover Star is willing to make repairs to the cover under warranty. The repairs will take about 2 weeks the cover needs to be removed and sent back to factory where repairs will be done and then sent back to Clear Choice so they can reinstall it back on the pool. Everything should be done under warranty as there is a one-year parts and labor warranty on this cover and Clear Choice was notified right a way of problem they have been the one stalling to get this done. If Clear Choice is not willing to do the work, they should say so and refund part of the money so that another company can be hired to make repairs to the cover under warranty.Thanks *******************Business response

We have been in contact with the customer a couple of times. We removed the pool cover on Thursday, 6/23/22 and have sent it back to the manufacturer for warranty.
