Let me start this out and say that we have American Home Shield. This review is not about them and I have left them out of this. We had ******************************************* come out over 2 months ago now for a low water pressure issue. The first visit they showed up and never took off there shoes. Proceeded to tell us that our pressure tank was bad. They looked at it but never touched or tested anything and quoted us $1,700 to fix it. I was a little shocked at the price and proceeded to call around. Ended up using another well company and was able to get a bigger tank for $1,400 as well as all new piping in the area. The issue continued to happen so Kimmes-Bauer came out again this time I had to tell them to take there shoes off and told us its the controller cover. To which they put a new one on and left. The company that installed the tank said that if he had replaced the cover it would have cost $150, the **** was $320. After this the issue continued so they came back out and said its the pump. It will be about $2,500 I said ok we need it fixed. They where here for 5 hours, 2 of which consisted of them sitting in there truck waiting for a seal that the technician cut off. They gave me the **** estimate after completion of $2,600. I did have them put new wire in and new pipes so that it wouldnt cause an issue later. I received a **** for $2,889 I have called and talked DJ there manager and he said that he trusts his guys and that they where correct in the work that was done. The issue that I have is that during this entire time not once did the technician say hey let me see what the issue is. Just started pointing and said fix this then fix that. I called other well companies to which they said they would be happy to come look at it free of charge since Kimmes-Bauer was not actually fixing anything just throwing money at it. Moral of the story using other companies as these guys charge way more then they should when you question the staff they get rude and
