**** ********** Wanted 5k down would lie about showing up to get work done threatening one of the workers who sold me the building to be moved. ******** ** *** *** ***** *** ******* *** *** *** *****  And running his equipment across my yard back to his. Yup this guy is my neighbor unfortunately and he said he would treat me good. Yeah. Ok. 6 to 8k to move a building shouldnt cost over 15k. But I must include he did do extra work if u consider setting the building on the site that was prepared in advance for it. And he did say it was all or nothing. So still dont know where the extra work was. He wasnt my first choice. I didnt have many options with such a short deadline to have structure moved. Stay away from this guy. You will get ******* like me and a lot of others Ive talked to!!!

Advance Building Movers of Rochester, LLC Response

I would like to say, how blessed I am to have such a wonderful neighbor! This project started out as a need to be moved ASAP. I was really busy at the time of their call, so I asked details "height, width, length" and where it was supposed to be placed. He wanted a bid over the phone without me seeing the building, running the route or extra work to be completed at final location. The concrete was to be out of the shed to access poles in the ground to cut off. The concrete was "not removed" so the crew had to work with the excavator outside of building and hand shovel around all the poles to cut off. The power was to be disconnected "2 weeks prior," but was still live (connected). New location was to have a concrete slab to set building on, but again "was not done." ******** moved building to new location on the "neighbors" property. There was a pad set up with rock. We placed the shed over the pad where he had stakes placed. There was no concrete foundation to attach building too, next option, "*********" said him and his father would drill post holes and place concrete in them. One week goes by, ****** calls and says for me to just dig holes, place concrete and stub on new poles. So the crew does and I (Advance Building Movers) also purchased all the materials. Advance Building Movers, sets shed down on all new poles and concrete. The shed looks great! Well short story is ****** has done this same stuff to other people, come to find out. I could name a some from the *****/Hayfield area, but that's not who I am! I moved the building for the "original quote," the extra work that ****** thinks appears out of thin air and should not be charged for is as follows, drilling all new holes, pouring concrete, green treat poles "6 by 6" anchor blocks for bottom or poles, hand shoveling around poles to cut off, 20 ton of gravel to backfill poles and 4 guys wages, and machine time "skid loader." This building is a 36x40 pole shed with lean to.
