  1/11/21--Place order for Bearskin Tactical Sweatshirt for $64.95 with online company gloveselly.com. Researched website prior to order and no negative information. Paid with B of A **** thru PayPal.1/12/21--On 1/12 received email order had been placed. Bottom of email listed a company called "soofancy" with their customer service policy stated. Thought this was strange so I googled "soofancy.com" and realized they were a scam company.1/14/21--I called B of A, provided the transaction information and asked them what could be done on their part. B of A took the information and stated they would do an investigation of the transaction.1/16/21--Received an email from ************************************ that order had shipped via **** with a note to track shipment for delivery status. Unfortunately there is no tracking #!! Doubt merchandise will ever ship.1/18/21--Personally sent email to ************************************ requesting a complete refund which based on their history will never happen. Do not understand the involvement of"soofancy" when order was placed with gloveselly??

  I order some christmas garland from this company, and what they send was not as describe in the picture, i contacted customer support and requested to send the item back for a refund and will not give me the option to return their item, they keeps giving me the run around. this company is scamming customers and product is not as describe or advertised. they said their item is prelite, and it not, it has no light on it. the wreath is not close in size as shown in picture. nothing is as shown , please see attached picture

  On Aug 23, 2021 I placed an order for a Fuzebug mosquito killer for $29.99 . Two weeks later I received the item, and trying to charge this mosquito killer, I found out that the system inside was loose and couldn’t connect it. I called the seller several times but no answer. Then I send them several emails and finally was told to send it back for repair but I ask them for a refund instead. On Sept 11, 2021 I sent this item back to them and since them I’ve been having issues with them, at first I got no answers from this company when I started sending e-mails asking for my refund. Then they said they didn’t received the item, so I have to wait. Time passed and no news from them, several e-mails back and for and nothing. To this date, they continue saying they didn’t received it. So, I tracked the delivery, and surprise, it says was received on Sept 14 at 9:03 a.m. They continue denying the didn,t get it. The name of this company is Soofancy. I ask for full refund, plus the $8,80 I spent on delivery back. I include copy of usps receipt, and picture screens of several e-mails. If you need full emails please let me know. I bought an Item and expected to work and when it didn't I returned it and now they refuse to give me the money back. Thank you for your help.   I purchased two products from Soofancy. When I received them, they looked absolutely nothing like the product on their website. I immediately contacted Soofancy for instructions to return the products for a refund. They refuse to refund me the amount I paid for the products. Attached are photos of what I ordered and what I recieved.

  Purchased an item on line from website: Mitubeen.com. The item advertised was for a Halloween Scarecrow Jack O Lantern Ground staked described as metal construction with hammered and textural detailing and stands nearly 6 feet tall. Once I processed my payment it went to a company called "Soofancy" The item I received was a 12 inch piece of garbage. The Jack O Lantern head was plastic. The stake was 12 inches or less. I have been emailing this company back and forth and they refuse to take the item back. Said " it will get damaged via transport back" I paid $ 29.59 for the item. This company offered me a $2.00 refund. I refused. Then they offered me $5.00 and I refused. Their offer is now $10.00 This is a scam. It appears they are hiding behind another company's website.
