******* installed and ** unit in a rental house and charged $800 for the job in June of 2021. I called after the ** was not working and he stated a part needed to be changed and intstalled to make sure the ** was not overcooling. I called and ordered the part and ******* came back out and installed the part. ******* didnt say anything to me regarding being billed for another service call because the ** was not working like it shouldve. I recieved a text on 3.15.22 from ******* asking where to send **** for services call of installation. I replied back with what ****? We never discussed a **** for you coming out because the ** wasnt working like it shouldve. He called back to state i shouldve known i was being billed for a serivce call and he was going to **** me when he hooked up the gas to the furnance. I stated if we wouldve talked about another **** for him coming back out i wouldnt have had him come due to not wanting another ****. ******* is asking for 290 from back in June. I am upset that nothing was discussed for billing back in June and now im being asked to pay for a serivce i was not aware of being billed for 9 months later.
