      We called SCI in October as we were moving and a current customer and asked to schedule a install at the new house. The neighbors already had their service so it just had to be brought to the house (temp until Spring which is fine). They told us 2-4 weeks. It is now February and we called for the 6th time and still can't get it scheduled. The person who we talked to didn't even know that they already ran to the house and all we need now is the inside work done. We cant get anywhere with them and would like help.

      Everything was great until I called and changed my accounts for my auto pay. A month after setting it up I got a call back informing me that she messed up my account numbers. We correct it (in July) on the phone, I pay my dues and I forget about. Fast-forward to the end of October, as I'm going through my billing statement, I realize I haven't been charged for my internet. I call to fix this and get the same lady that has messed up the last two times so I asked for a supervisor/manager. She informed me that ************************* would be taking over. After giving my info all I get told is to settle the bill and that I was never on auto pay. I was trying to explain that this isn't my mess up so I don't feel I should have to pay late fees but never got there change to explain. I could hear the lady that initially took the call laughing in the background which got me more upset. I tried telling them that I was trying to keep my cool and that I'm quite upset and that I feel I'm being talked down to and this is horrible customer service. He hung up on me right there, I immediately sent a message to his corporate office and either while I was sending it or after he had sent an email apologizing for the auto pay mess ******************** off the late fees and credited me one month of service. I know he did this just to cover his ****, I know the business. I even told this man I have no issue making this payment during the conversation and I was still treated very poorly.
