    Our move-out date from our current apartment is on the 31st May 2023 at noon and our move-in date for this apartment at Cedar Hills is on the 1st of June 2023. So there is a period of time when we will be displaced. Good, customer-centered places have an allowance or at least work with you to ensure that you are taken care of within reason.We went to view the apartment today and it turned into a whole mess. ***** was extremely rude to us and even asked us not to speak our native language around her. She continuously raised her voice at us and blamed us for things that had nothing to do with us. She also gave us information that was different from what the manager said.We later saw that manager who thought it was appropriate to suggest that if we wanted the house to be done sooner, we pay her maintenance guy to work 24/7 at a rate of $75 to $225 an hour. Honestly, that was so rude. Dealing with her was the very definition of passive-aggressive where she did not listen or care about what we had to say, but backed it up with a smile.I am honestly offended and displeased at how we were addressed. It has nothing to do with race and I would never suggest that, but they need to be careful how they talk and treat people because one may begin to wonder....It baffles me that all their 1 Stars on ****** are about the bad customer service from the property management.As it is, we still have not been helped, they are still stuck to their move-in date and do not want to work with us even at a fee. I think it is very inhumane to let your new tenants struggle with an issue you have the power to resolve.

    I stayed in this apartment(West Building) for 5 years(2016 May-2021 June). For the first three years of my stay I noticed that, Maintenance of the society was very well taken care of and management used to listen to our concerns.But since then the maintenance of the property was very bad, walkways are not cleaned properly, Dogs started peeing(Under Owner's supervision :-( ) in front of the patio(s) and walkways. In spite of multiple complaints to the management, there was absolutely no action taken about that.Sometimes you get very bad smell (May be weed) near the stairways :-(And last but not least : "Just forget about your deposit amount"I had paid $500 as my deposit and I have been told that, management will call me within a month after my vacate date about deposit details. Its been 7 months that I had vacated the apartment and so far there is no update on my deposit amount. I had sent ~10 reminder emails and multiple calls but there is no reply from the management either via email / calls.
