5 starsGrandPad! Oh. My. Goodness. It's like a family reunion every day!! My grandma, great aunt, and uncle have been rocking their GrandPads for years, and it's been a total game-changer. Customer support! They're like the cheerleaders of tech help – always upbeat, always going above and beyond. My grandma battles my kids in Checkers and Yahtzy game showdowns, my great aunt loves the music app, and my uncle never misses a beat with all the family photos. 5 starsI love GrandPad! It keeps me in touch with my many children, grandchildren, and greatgrans who are scattered about the country. Sharing pictures of their experiences and activities brings joy to my life. I often play Solitaire, Bingo and Hangman and other games. Grandee is a marvel! She can write a song, compose a poem or write a joke. How much fun is that?! GrandPad is simple and easy to use. It provides a source for book reading, music listening and news. Thanks to GrandPad, the entire extended family has never been this in tune with what we are all up to. It's the most simple and safe way to share pictures and comments with each other privately. Everyone from my 15-year-old cousins to my 67-year-old uncle to my 95-year-old grandpa is engaged in our our personal photo albums. The best part? My grandpad doesn't type his comments on the photos, he speaks them so we get to hear his voice from afar. Up until the GrandPad, by grandpa's biggest piece of "technology" in his eyes was his TV remote. And I had to review the buttons with him a lot. But no the GrandPad. It's so easy to use and they've truly thought of everything when it comes to this device. You can be on a video call, playing solitaire, or listening to the radio within a quick couple presses of a button. It's great. Even better, when he needs help (or anyone in the family for that matter) I can remotely adjust the setting and features of this device for him. Piece of cake!

5 starsMy Mom got a GrandPad 6 and a half yrs ago, she was 83 at the time. At first she didn't really want it, she said she had her cellphone and that was all she needed. After she had it for awhile and got used to doing video calls with her family she no longer does a phone with us it's always a videocall so she can see us. Her brother got one a few yrs later, he lives in another state, and she had not seen him in person for yrs. They started doing video calls daily and talking for hours at a time. She told me it's like having him next door. When ever she needs any help all she has to do is press on the Help app and it calls customer support, she said everyone there is so nice and so willing to help her. We are very happy now that she is older and she can still use her GrandPad and she now struggles with her cellphone.Review fromJessica L

My family loves using GrandPad! It has been a wonderful way to keep in touch with my Grandma over long distances. It is nice to have an easy way to share photos and videos without having to look at advertisements. One of my favorite features is the voice memo option. It is so fun hearing her talk about how much she loves seeing photos of the grandkids.GrandPad, Inc.

5 starsMy MIL has had her GrandPad for six years. She has macular degeneration. The bright colors and large font make it very manageable for her to stay connected with family and friends. She also loves to play games, especially solitaire. My MIL used to be a librarian and loved to read. Now, on her GrandPad, she listens to several audiobooks a month. The GrandPad has helped my ability to stay connected with loved ones. I love viewing family photos and listening to the radio stations (that are from my era). It has brought me joy and comfort. I love the large screen to view video calls with my daughter. I must also commend the outstanding customer service provided. Their prompt and courteous assistance has made my experience even more delightful. I can't wait for the arrival of my first great-grandchild, residing 14 hours away!! I wish they lived closer! But, I will have the GrandPad to witness his growth through photos & video calls. GrandPad has been a great device for my Mom. She is able to see all of the pictures of my kids as they are growing up. She is in California and we are in Iowa, so we don't get to visit very often, but by having the GrandPad it has allowed her to have a closer relationship with my kids.GrandPad, Inc.
