We would like to clarify that ************************** lease was terminated due to multiple lease infractions, not solely because of an incident involving an overfilled dumpster. Upon vacating the premises, ********************** neglected to clean his apartment, left multiple bags and boxes of garbage and had damage items in the unit beyond normal wear and tear.As per our lease agreement, tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of their rented space. Consequently, ********************** was appropriately charged for cleaning and damage expenses that exceeded normal wear and tear.Regarding the claim of a $350 pet deposit charge, our records do not indicate such a transaction, and this amount does not align with our standard pet deposit fee. However, we are open to reviewing any evidence ********************** may provide to support his claim. If substantiated, we will promptly investigate the matter further. We prioritize transparency and fairness in all our dealings with tenants and remain committed to resolving any disputes amicably and equitably

Terrible company, I unfortunately have no choice as I cannot afford to move. The apartments get NO maintenance done whatsoever. Our building manager haha is a joke she gets paid to put papers on our door otherwise never here and when she is she is good for nothing. Just recently finally got secured front and back doors. Not very well thought out tho as its key only. We arent getting packages, police and EMS wouldnt be able to get in as the emergency box outside is open and no key in it. Our guests have to call before and we have to walk to let them in, and the locked door is the cheapest and very hard to open.. I have and continue to have issues with our property manager you get nothing but bad attitude from her to the point of literally not even wanting to call her because I get made to feel like I am beneath her and just s*** under her shoe. I would advise to run and run far if I could I would.

We are sorry to hear that you do not like living in one of our managed properties. You are more than welcome to call us to discuss your concerns. We strive to provide safe affordable housing and would welcome all calls. We do our best to follow up on all maintenance requests and have done work in your unit and the building. If you have an additional maintenance, please be sure to put it into writing. If you do not feel your maintenance is being addressed, please feel free to contact us at the corporate office so that we may follow up on it.As a management company, we follow the directive of the owner on capital improvements. The age of the building was not conducive to an intercom system. We did plan out the installation of the doors and spoke with both the police department and the post office before installation and handed out keys to all residents. The post office was given a key the day after the door was installed. We are waiting for a time from the fire department on when they can meet us on site to lock their lockbox. We do not have access to this lockbox as it is proprietary to the fire department. If you have any further concerns please reach out to us.

This is a low income housing development company. I lived at **** Square Apartment and Townhomes in ******** ** for a few months shy of 14 yrs. I lived in a town home for 9 yrs and the remaining time in the apartments. It is common practice to have not only frequently new landlords they are also landlords with questionable character. These landlords will surpass the long waiting list and get moved into renovated apartment or townhome and within weeks quit being the landlord and stay as residents. Cepco management trains these new landlords to falsify documents. They wont replace things they charge past tenants for. My family member was charged for all sorts of things that were never fixed and I know because I moved into that apartment when they left and they did the same thing to me when I left the townhome. I told Corporate on the phone and the landlord in writing prior to move out that I wanted a move out check list so I was prepared to clean everything right to avoid getting charged falsely like when I moved out of the townhome. I never received one. When I moved out the landlord showed up with the move in/out documents on a clip board. The move in side was filled out randomly saying almost everything was "ok" without my signature on the bottom so I knew it wasn't my original document. Luckily I took a picture after I signed the move out because When I left **** Square I contacted Corporate about my sucurity deposit refund and they assured me I should be receiving it soon. Instead of a refund it was a **** for over $1300!! Yes. One thousand three hundred. Mostly to replace all the carpet due to "cat damage" but no where did it say that when I signed the document and at no time did the landlord mention damage to carpet. They also charged me for blinds on my kitchen window amongst other irrational things. There isnt a kitchen window in the apartment! Document every little tiny thing. Every nic in the wall every crack, broken cupboard, all of it. TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING!! Before and after.
