              After reassuring us. 4-6 week delivery they have now pushed us back again and are looking at 12 weeks. The order was placed but they now point to holiday shut down and supply issues. I would strongly think twice about using them as I now must fund delayed and repeat trips for our sub contractors.

              We would need more information to investigate this claim. The homeowner should work through his authorized dealership to discuss ship dates. We do have a shut down during the Holiday season at the end of every year. We also have many outsourced items that can cause delays if there are supply issues. We would need to investigate the order with our authorized dealership.
