      I have been patiently working with the ************* ** TGk auto for years. They have replaced the ** compressor in my older car, 3x and it is bad again. Each time working on the car, they seem to cause other problems that result in money out of my pocket. How does that make sense? Once, I got it back with the engine light on. When I went back and said what caused this, the tech told me, he saw that one, but sent me home with it on anyway and without telling me. They don't care, or they do not know what they are doing. I offered that an as explanation, they may not have the expertise for an older car. This led to them Blaming the car, rather than themselves, while still stating they can work on older cars. I wanted my money back after taking it back again and they trying to talk me into spending more money with them, saying, well, if we honor the compressor warranty, it will cost you this much more for us to recharge etc. I wanted to believe in this place, but feel as though I have been taken advantage of as an older person. I took it elsewhere to verify the compressor is bad for the 4th time, and again I can't trust they can do it right. I am also having trouble finding a corporate number to call to complain. They are no longer franchises, but owned by Sun Auto. Thanks, and help would be appreciated.****, **** *********

      I began hiring TGK in ********, ** to service my vehicles three years ago. I was excited to find a service shop I could trust given the previous shop I hired was over an hour away after our move to the area. I was very happy with the services provided until the company changed ownership. More recently, the customer service is non-existent and the workmanship is terrible. The main reason for this review is most recently I brought my truck in for service because I had a grinding noise coming from my driver side front wheel. They replaced various parts for approximately $1,000, Ive spent over $5,000 at this particular shop and several thousand more at other locations after working out a fleet agreement with TGK. I began hearing the same exact noise coming from the same exact wheel a few weeks ago. I decided to bring my truck in as everything is under warranty to get checked out. Upon inspecting my vehicle, they notified me that everything they had done was correct and the noise I was hearing wasnt coming from the front tire like I had explained and instead was my drive shaft. I explained I was definitely hearing the noise in the front and they told me I was wrong and to not get argumentative. They quoted me an additional $1400 to replace the drive shaft on my truck and told me simply to let them know if I heard anything else. This is not the first time this has happened after the ownership change. I brought my truck in for an alignment that didnt work and they told me everything looked good, but quoted me new tie rods for right around $1,000. They were dismissive both times regarding my concern and only seemed to be interested in selling me more work I may or may not need. In my opinion, they seem to only be interested in making as much money from each transaction and not servicing their customers. I called to speak with the manager and am confused about who is actual in charge as I was told by multiple people they were management.
