2021 My house burned down. Both my parents died the same year. I was struggling in a small apt with a bad roommate. I talked to excelsior homes. The owner **** was very nice polite before I wrote the checks then **** the general Contractor took over after that. Didn't hear from Beau again. I paid the whole house off in three months. I been in my new house for almost year and half they still haven't backfill the foundation and they put a sliding door in the living room right above a window well. I ha e called numerous times to get problem resolved. All I get is empty promises. I am tired of going round and round with this company. I'm nearing 60 yes old a vet and suffer from depression and anxiety. I feel very taken advantage of. They had no prob taking my money. The sliding door don't lock. The window well caved in flooded the basement. There is constant water in the basement and there is a huge budget in the ceiling where the two halves of the house were put together. In my battle with anxiety and depression I don't have much energy to be asking them to finish the job. I have a hard time expressing myself so this is mentally draining for me. All I want is my house fixed. Please finish my house.
