      This place has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. After having my car stolen due to HYUNDAIS OWN NEGLIGENCE IN NOT INCLUDING IMMOBILIZERS IN THEIR CARS, I took my car to the shop to have the door glass and steering column fixed. They took every opportunity to squeeze as much money out of me as they possibly can. They include repairs that you don't even need in the total and tell you you need parts replaced when you don't. And even the parts that you do need are upcharged by a whopping 2-3X the price of getting it online from OEM hyundai. ABSOLUTELY STEER CLEAR of getting your car replaced at this place unless you are getting everything covered by your insurance. I'd respect the hustle if they try to get as much money as possible from insurance companies, but please be a decent human being and dont scam innocent people, it's absolutely disgusting.

      I brought my Hyundai ****** in for an oil change in March 2023. I also opted to do a tire rotation. I was informed that the lower left ball joint needed to be replaced. I was pressured to have it "fixed" immediately. I opted to wait. I took it to another repair shop and they could find nothing wrong with my car. I was almost robbed of $800 by these disgusting grifters. I wonder if they actually do the work on your car that isn't even needed, or are just outright stealing from customers.

      In Janurary of 2023 I purchase a Santa Fe SEL Hybrid which began experiencing problems on 1/23/23. The battery would completely drain leaving it without enough power to maintain speed and forcing me to pull out of traffic waiting for it to charge. The dealership could not identify what was wrong with it. This happened multiple times. I decided it was not safe or trustworthy and asked to trade the vehicle. They "bought back" the vehicle less than 30 days after I purchased it but only as a used vehicle for less than the sticker. I felt trapped but still needed a car and bought a Santa Fe XRT now being out $3780.55 from the orginal transaction. The only thing that got the dealerships attention was changing my ****** review to 2 stars from 5. After requesting to be indemnified their answer was that they didn't make the vehicle and that I needed to contact Hyundai corporate. Hyundai corporate told me to contact the dealership after taking 3 weeks to respond. I was sold a lemon and now have friend who bought the exact same car a few months earlier having identical issues. The integrity and ethics of this dealership and Hyundai in general leave much to be desired.

      On September 9th I purchased a 2014 ****** Impreza WRX STi From Inver Grove Hyundai, When I purchased the vehicle I also purchased an extended warranty. On November 10th the vehicle developed engine knock which was determined by a technician at *********************** to be failed engine bearings. ******************* quoted repairs at approximately $12,000. When I tried to get the vehicle repaired under the extended warranty I was informed that the contract was invalid because the vehicle has a modified exhaust. The vehicle (besides the damaged parts from the engine failure) is in the same condition I purchased it. I have not modified the vehicle at all.
