Im giving them a 0/5. We were trading 2 vehicles on a new truck. We left the dealer leaving one vehicle behind with every intent of buying the truck but the truck we were buying was on a different lot so had to come back up to pick up, and we had asked about putting on running boards, tono cover and mud flaps which they did. We thought we were getting a great deal to find out we were upside down by a lot so we decided to not do the truck. I called and said we would be up to grab our car, title, 2 keys and a $1000 deposit check. Keep in mind we have not signed anything at this time as we have not even seen the truck at all.we were told they would do nothing with our car until it was officially theres. When we got there they couldnt find our car, or keys. We did get our check and title back after hearing all about how they put all these extra parts on the truck. Alls we put on was basics. Running boards, Tono cover and mud flaps, about $2500 total. And a run around.. after an hour passed I told them I needed to get home and where was our car?? The dealer we had was on vacation and they had no idea. Another 1/2 hour later they found the car but only one set of keys so we have been fighting to get our key back. We did the deal March 18th and no key yet. I told them I want my key back or a new one by this Friday April 5th but no return call or text. I have reached out at least 5 or 6 time with same response, they dont know where it is. S***** car dealership.

We have contacted the customer to discuss the concerns with the key. We have looked in each of our departments and cannot locate the key here. We have issued a payment to the customer for the estimated amount to cover the cost of a replacement key and programming to resolve the concerns.Review from Matthew M

My experience here not been the best. First issue is the new car I bought. *** said it will be same car I test drove but what showed up was car missing leather seats. Whatever. He toss in floor mats. Fast forward 3 years. Bring car in for warranty work. 32k miles on it for check engine and loose fender. Check engine they say I must of left fuel cap off. What ever still have 4 years of warranty so don't care if light comes back. Then they charge me for fender. When it's obvious it been a loose bolt for a while. Since I got the car. So I complain a lil bit about my exp. And they basically shut me down with *** killed himself. What the f*** do u say to that. I paid bill and left. Needless to say I am gonna cancel my follow up appointment. Was planing to buy a electric blazer. Now prolly go tesla or **** I did get 40 bucks off on fender. Total cost wasn't even alot. Just principle to me on top of 4 hour wait there. Zzzz.. Loaner car appointment is pointless Additional info. Upon further inspection fender repaired looks worse then b4. Sticks out 1/4 inch from seam of other fender. I call em up on Saturday. They tell me call back Monday. I have to take to a body shop now since they don't do body work. Not a complex issue. I do wrench myself. So now they want me to waste prolly another 4 hours on bad adjustment. And the good news is I get to pay even more money. Dont tell me u dont do body work acter u do body work.Don't get why when u bring something in for warrenty. They do fix and oh BTW Not warrenty. Would of fixed myself the correct way. So stupid
