I hired this company to provide online training and then meet for a shooting test to qualify for CCW in MN. After completion, I supported this company online via different internet forums and ******** groups. I was without noticed "booted" and "banned" from the information post support online group and when I called for help I was told they just did not like me! This organization is biased and not helpful.15 U.S.C. ****

***** , was a student of ours a few months ago. everything went well. he joined a discussion group of ours and was very active. ***** even applied to be an instructor last week for us. unfortunately there was a disagreement this morning after ***** made negative comments about our handling of our discussion group and ***** called the office yelling this morn. we were not able to resolve the issue amicably as ***** did not answer our multiple attempts to call him back and attempt to solve his issue. then gave a bad review. ***** continues to escalate the situation despite our repeated attempts to deescalate and come to an amicable solution.Customer Response

*********************** filed this online late one evening. The system generated this without human intervention. upon the first notice the judge promptly threw this out without prejudice because there was no sound basis for his claims. I filed a HRO against the owner of this business! Due to a preponderance of evidence, the judge granted a ex parte order against this individual. I decided to dismiss this without prejudice and I will file again if the owner has not learned his ****** according to mn statutes. He is younger than me and has a lot to learn. I chose to state my own company that is much better than ever doing business with this place. I am a certified instructor and if this owner continues to post and defamatory comments I will serve him next with summons and complaint. The sheriff has already stopped by his place once and will do it again. Be aware.Customer Response

If anyone would like to check the registrar of actions for this case = 19WS-CV-21-997 - they will see that I gave ******************* the owner of this company a public favor by dropping this without prejudice and allowing him to continue to clear background checks via ATF without delays...If he continues to lie about the truth I will be forced to have a Judge see him again for review. He has not learned his ****** on leaving good law abiding citizens alone. He cannot control his political beliefs and he express them vividly to you if you disagree with him. Buyer Beware.
