We ordered thousands of dollars of banners over the course of 6 different orders with Banners.com. On their website, after you upload artwork and approve the proof, right before you hit the final pay button their website allows you to select a shipping method. When you select it gives you an estimated arrival date. We ordered three very expensive banners with an arrival day of June 19. Instead our banners arrived June 24th. We saw the problem in advance and called to perhaps speed up shipping. We were told theres no remedy other than we could reorder banners and pay just 50%. We did that out of panic because our event timing. The customer service rep denied their website showed an arrival date. We sent screenshots of the date one our order and they have still refused to refund us any money. So we were forced to pay full price for the late banners AND give them another 50% (almost $1000) for NEW banners just to get them in time. We have called and emailed and they continue to refuse any remedy except $75 website credit. This was clearly a case of false advertising saying estimated arrival before you pay, but then tell you something different AND that it cant be changed after you pay. This company should be looked into. All we asked in return was the second order for 50% that we were forced to pay be returned to us. We were even willing to keep the first full payment because we did receive the second banners in time.Initial Complaint

On 9/18 I purchase a 2' x 8' banner with expensive 2 day shipping so that i can get the banner by 9/22. I include in the order notes that I need the banner by 9/22. I get an email a day later saying that my order is "approved" with the delivery starting on 9/22, not arriving. I call and email them to try and get a refund, but they deny me a refund because they already 'approved' my order.
