      Perfect day for flying. Visibility is perfect. Wind is slight(well within their parameters). I think they cancelled because my wife and I are the only passengers. They probably deem the flight a poor investment. We drove 450 miles round trip. I guess it was a poor investment on our part as well

      Hello! I am so sorry that you felt this was your experience. We canceled because of wind speeds at ***** feet were going over 15 miles an hour. In the screen shots you sent me, you were looking at only ground level winds in a local weather app. We have to consider all wind speeds under ***** feet for the safety of our customers and crew. We also had a private ride scheduled as well that morning, so you were not the only one scheduled. We understand it can be frustrating rescheduling. Because if that, we never cancel a flight for anything other than safety reasons. I usually spend an hour or so trying to fill balloons if the weather is good. If i dont fill the balloons, we take up who is on the schedule. We have taken standard ride passengers ** in our smallest private balloon when no one else is scheduled. We have two small balloons that take up to three customers each. We have an eight passenger balloon, and we have a ***** passenger balloon. We can accommodate however many people we have scheduled. If it would have been safe to fly, we would have taken you up.

      We bought my mother a balloon ride for her birthday 1 year ago. It has been rescheduled 25 times with no option for a refund. They do however, have options for private rides with Champagne for an additional $150 or so... again with no refund available or option for a free upgrade of previous tickets, just more options to give them money that they do not fulfill. If I could give them zero stars I would...

      Ballooning in the midwest is so tricky. Weather is not as consistent as it is in other parts of the country. Our website talks about our cancelation and refund policies as well as how often we fly. It also states the average amount if reschedules is 5 or 6 before you get up. But that is an average. We flew this last Sunday and had someone who had schedule once and they were getting up and someone who rescheduled 21 times. Both had an amazing experience. And the couple who rescheduled 21 times said that it was worth it. We try to be as open and honest with our customers before and after they purchase certificates. Sadly, we cannot control the weather and dont fly as much as we want.

      They are not a real business. Dont return calls texts or email. Dont respond to issues. Just keep your money. I would never ever book with them. They are crooks disquishing them selfs as Christians. They are not. So much good feel lies on there web site. Dont beLieve it

      I am so sorry that you have had this experience with our business. While we have had trouble with our new online and phone system, we try to be as connected as possible with our customers. We have people on staff who return calls, emails, and up keep our customer relations. I apologize if you have had trouble with our communication in the past and would love to serve you better. As far as the good feel stuff and stating that we are not Christians, we are honest with our customers and on our website. The owners of this company love ***** and desire to serve Him. But we are human. We are not perfect and make mistakes. We own up to our mistakes. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and frustration and look forward to serving our customers to the best of our ability and provide them with an exceptional once in a life time experience.

      I can second everything the reviewer beneath me has said. If youre wondering if this is still true then yes. I was suppose to ride 9/16/22 at 7am and it was canceled the night before with no explanation. This ride costs me ***** nearly and its been about 4-5 months and I still have not had the opportunity to ride. This company is a disgrace. They are taking peoples hard earned cash and not giving them an experience they paid for. It makes no sense to give these people your money. Please dont. Its a loosing battle at this point. I had this ride scheduled for my anniversary and I am STILL trying to get my moneys worth. This is the worse company ever. They need to give everyones money who has not gotten a ride so they can take their funds to a more reputable source. I am sick and tired of booking with them knowing its coming to be canceled. I am flying back and forth to minnesota trying to make this ride happen. Its such a waste. Terrible terrible company. Awful awful people that run this business. They do not deserve to see anyone elses money nor even walk on the face of the earth. What they are doing is truly indescribable
