They were great when they came out walking around to my house, Agreed for them to service my roof, got a quote from 3 people they called my insurance company, it got approved , they stated Oct 17th or so ,completed it was told half would be 7k and the rest would be 7k and 3 hundred or so, gave them a check for 7k and didn't hear anything from them until the end of December, then come January no bill or invoice until they started threatening me that they are going to put a lien on my house, got a statement saying they are charging me over 25,k for the roof when they told us the cost would be 14k. My insurance company put in my kitchen for the damage and this company found out and used their price. Now my kitchen isn't done because I just paid them another 12k almost 13k they only time we hear from them is when they want money not on how is the job going or how we're the workers that showed up. Was everything done correctly.. etc etc.Review from Khine W

Mayday initially engaged with me in August 2023 to start the insurance approval on my roof repairs. Their communication was so awful not only with me but with my insurance company. I had to follow up all the time and they dropped the ball multiple times with my insurance company. I communicated to Mayday in November I am terminating their services as emails and communications went unanswered with my insurance company. Fast forward in January 2024 they finally decided to send an email to my insurance company which is no longer accepted because I've terminated them back in November. Then in February I get a rude phone call from Mayday threatening I would be hearing from their lawyers because "I am still under contract" with them. They did nothing, absolutely nothing for me and wasted 6 months of my time and not continuing to harass me months after I terminated them. Not only are they bad at their job, they are also unethical. Stay far away from Mayday.Review from Thomas M

Our sales associate was initially kind to work with and responded promptly. However once the project got close to started the communication was horrible. We were told we would be contacted when material was to be delivered and the project started the following day. We received no notice and came home to our driveway blocked. The sales associate was not on scene and nobody to oversee the project. I received one phone call explaining some additional work. We had parts of our cedar siding damaged with horrible craftsman ship. Parts were installed that weren’t painted and crooked. When asking the site manager we were simply told that they don’t paint. When I called and text my sales associate I didn’t get any response for weeks. It was finally fixed as it should have been. The communication is horrible. I had a really good experience with Mayday Restoration. They responded promptly and documented the hail damage to my roof and provided support when the insurance adjuster came to review my claim. The whole process went smoothly and I am satisfied with my new roof. Glad they could work me in the schedule before the weather got too cold.Review from Charlie F

We worked with Mayday to get our roof repaired. Insurance initally didn't want to cover it but Mayday stuck with us to get it repaired and paid for by the insurance company! Thanks, Mayday!Review from James K

Mayday construction was a dream to work with. I had spoken initially on the phone with a representative, they explained how the process works. They sent out a representative who sat down with me and not only explained in detail how the process works, but he then went on to look at my roof and not only noticed the hail damage, but took pics to show me. They explained how this would be covered by my insurance & explained that process as well. The representative then went on to walk through different color shingles they had to offer. The representative helped me decide which color would go well with the color of my house. Throughout the process, the Representative & I stayed un touch to ensure everything was going as planned. I was happily surprised on a Saturday morning as I was coming home from grocery shopping to see the roofers were already on the job working. I couldn't stay to see them finish the work as I had a lot going on that weekend, but I did see the finished result & they cleaned up the yard really well after they were done. I have stayed in contact with the representative as there is still some final items that need to be handled and I'm certain they will take care of that in a timely manner as well. Thank You to Mayday Construction for everything you did to help me resolve my roof issues.

Our contractor was Larry *****. Larry did an amazing job. His time lines were correct and his communication was above excellent. We could text or email Larry and he would get back to us quickly. He would also stop over to talk in person. He made the process so easy. I have dealt with a number of contractors prior and we have never had the service like we received from Larry. I highly recommend Larry ***** and Mayday Restoration.Review from Barb L

Mayday Restoration did a fantastic job! They removed all the shingles plus the base products. They installed a new roof in one day! There were 22 workers and each was a very hard worker. My Project Manager, Cristina, was wonderful to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to work with her. Mayday had all of the necessary products delivered a couple of days before the project started and picked up any leftover product the week after. The cleanup was great and they were careful to find and pick up any nails. The communication with Mayday personnel was great, from the Project Manager, Company Representative, Office Staff (Billing and Insurance), to the On-site Manager the day of the installation. The whole experience with Mayday Restoration was amazing. I would highly recommend them!Review from Stephen O

After a hailstorm in May or 2022, a representative of Mayday asked if they could inspect my roof for damage. There was considerable damage to the shingles. Our Mayday representative [Zach K] met with our home insurance adjuster. A complete survey indicated that we had damage on our roof, downspouts/gutters, deck [power washed and re-stained], front room bay window, and dining room windows. Zach was responsive to our questions and supervised the entire project which was done in a timely manner. I have the highest regard for Mayday, their personnel, and their attention to detail. Just replaced my roof through insurance. Our account manager Zachary D. was very thorough explaining the process and what to expect along the way. He was there every step of the way guiding me through this project. The crew was very curtious and cleaned up everything when they were done. We have a 3yo and a dog, mayday sent out someone the day after the build with a magnet to make sure there was no nails left over that the crew might have missed, this was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Mayday for any exterior projects.
