We contacted CCS last year September 5, 2021. One year after after they applied a coating that was suppose to last for 5 years.We made a payment to them on 9/23/2020 for $875.00 Check number ***** and it was only one year later that we had to contact them that the coating was pealing off (disintegrating). The coating was fading away and pebbles were exposed and coming loose. And they stated they would come out and look at it but never showed up and never called. (Via phone call with *********************** )They (***********************) stated this was a coating that was good for 5 years.We expect them to fix the coating situation that was suppose to be good for 5 years.Wanted to know if they stand behind your work or not? (No response from email sent to ***********************)They need to come fix and recoat both the upper porch and lower pebble patios. They (***********************) sent us an email on July 17th 2022 "I'm sorry, we no longer do river rock work. " We contacted them and asked them to respond with in 48 hours... NO RESPONSE.... We want them to make this right and we are giving CCS to stand behind their workmanship and warranty to make this right. THANKS!Business response

The original installation was done by ******************* of **. We will reimburse $625.00 for coating. The $250.00 is for pressure washing we did before coating was applied.Customer response
