            Originally when we met with the team, it was great. The building process was overall pretty smoothe. Ofcourse there were issues but we worked them out.However, We have been in this home over a year now and have been asking for items to be fixed/repaired/completed because they were not. We are getting little to no response. After numerous calls and emails, we finally got a year walk through. We gave them our list and asked for dates or timing, since then, silent. We dont know what else to do, our cabinets are stripping (paint) and falling apart because they were not screwed in properly. The carpet is worn already, our railing on deck is not fixed snd its a hazard. And several more items. We understand that everyone is busy. But its very hard to watch a new home get built 2 doors down, thats not even sold. Use those resources and fix our home and then be done!!!!!

            Hello, my name is *** McNearney. I am the owner of Robert McNearney Custom Homes. I agree that the building process for ***** and *************************** building process went smoothly but there were a couple of small issues during the building process. These issues were addressed during the construction of the home. after our final walk through, I was asked to change a couple of items the buyers did not like. We did this free of charge to the buyers.We have since been back to the buyers home for different reason on different occasions and we agreed we would wait for the one year time period for the house to settle in to place before we would do our one year touch **** We have been back as agreed upon.The house is not falling apart but is being lived in by a family with kids and large pets. We do not warrant against neglect. I am sorry the owners felt a need to post a comment on the BBB. We are a 30 plus year company and we stand behind our work.Thank you,*** McNearney
