            On November 24, 2021 I had registered my new E Bike with Rambo Bikes in order to have them warranty/replace the battery in the bike due to 3 of 5 loose contacts causing the bike to not function periodically.I have received emails from ********************* at Rambo ( who no longer works there), the last email from her being 12/12/2021, and then from AOG- *********************** It is referenced as CASE *****. They fianally responded back and changed the case # to CASE50036. I then received a response stating that "It appears some of our batteries have been pushed back to mid Feb due to port delays. We apologize for the delay."It is now Feb 26, I've sent two more emails asking for an update as to when it can be expected and have had no response. I just want the replacement battery, the bike is useless without it.Thanks for any help you can provide.*************************

            After spending $5000 for one of their bikes. After a verified, mere 30 miles of usage on pavement, not even off Roading Im having problems with the chain mechanism thats making a terrible sound and sensation-I have already had a situation where the chain came off the bike and I had to find away putting it back on. I registered my bike and politely contacted them for them to say that no one near me in my state near me that can service the bike- they offered no alternative solution were they would reimburse me for a local bike shop adjustment to repair nor did they offer to pay for the $250 round-trip ferry fare to *********** from my home.
