I called owner ********************* on Aug. 22 to get bids on lawn treatment and also snow plowing. He called me the next day and said hes stop by with an estimate. I left the door open hoping Id hear when he arrived so I could meet him. Instead, I found his illegible estimate for both on the door. I couldnt read the 3 estimates for the lawn care. And his snow plowing estimate was for after 2 inches. I wrote him an email to have him clarify the lawn estimates and to get an estimate for 1 inch snow removal. I mentioned that *** had bids from other companies so also wanted to clarify how he would be treating my crabgrass, as others said it was too late in the season to kill it. He response was I explained my program and you continue to call other companies. I think I would rather you call someone else to do your work. Thanks. He also refused to give me an estimate for 1 inch. He clearly has a problem with people getting other estimates or advice. Then he called me to yell at me for not trusting him with ALL his experience. What an arrogant, rude, unprofessional person. And to think I was also going to recommend whomever I chose for some other neighbors and my sister.

We are not responsible if the customer cant read or has issues with reading common paperwork. We decided to not work with with this person after we gave are best price up front. . Its our choice to not work with people who use are company to just price shop. My company is very busy and we don't have time to for this issue. The estimate was written up for a 2 inch contract not knowing the person wanted a 1 inch. After the conversation we had with this person, We didn't want to have anything to do with them. To get mad about it is just weird. The person could not read an estimate, Sorry, Well that is a shame.
