      I have had a horrible vehicle purchasing experience with this dealership. I recently purchased a slightly used (2019) Toyota vehicle from this dealership. At the time of purchase the sales person indicated that there was remote start included on the vehicle. Upon asking him to test it out, he indicated he did not believe that the vehicle came with that feature. However, I informed him that on the online posting it indicated that it did. At that time he said when/if I was able to produce the posting with the feature listed - he would "take care of it" . When I produced the posting, after several attempts to contact the sales man, I contacted the sales team. They indicated there was "fine print" on the listing and that the option was only "potentially" installed. In an attempt to "make this right" they offered to split the cost of the additional feature with me. Upon arrival to install the remote start, their service staff indicated that they could not get the remote start remotes to work correctly, and yet still asked me to pay half of the original amount. Even paying half price for something that is not completely functional seems outlandish. I told them at that time that I did not want the remote start and was told - well I'm sure they won't charge you for it. Why would I pay for something they could not install correctly. So after 6 + hours of my time, cost of gas, etc., I am leaving the dealership with something that was supposed to be included as part of the original purchase. With no recourse other than being able to publically share my story and advise others in hopes they are not unhappy with their future purchase.

      Bought a used acura RDX from Belzers a few years ago. They gave me the report, said no accidents. When I went to trade it in last month, there was an accident on the report. Either Belzers had an accident with the car while in their possession and it hadn't hit the report yet, or Belzers said there was an accident when there really wasn't. Either way they are horrible. When I called Belzers about the discrepency they said they would gladly help get me into another car. The whole thing was shifty. Needless to say I chose to lose money on my new car to just not have to deal with Belzers again. Run, don't walk from that dealership.

      Their $219/hour service labor rate is nowhere to be found and is NOT disclosed. Had I known when I scheduled service via their web site, saw a sign anywhere in the service department, or had been told by the service manager that the labor rate was so outrageous, I would have taken my car somewhere else, anywhere else. Over $250 of labor to install a $10 hose. The company should be required to communicate this rate. I assume they are just too embarrassed to do so. The rate was not even on the invoice, not was the hours spent. Again, I assume just too embarrassed to do so.

      I bought a 2019 Kia Niro LX, really liked the car. However, on the day of the paperwork, down payment, and giving them my old car, a few things happened. 1. They never did a full physical examination of the car, before handing it over to me. There was damage to the cover inside the engine bay, and a rat had eaten one of the cables. Clearly their word/integrity means very little. 2. The regular x mile maintenance is like $300 + dollars, while what they do may be highly needed, it is just way too much to be spending on a car that often. 3. The amount of sales speech given to me, gives me very little trust or respect for their quality of work, or how well they take long term care of their customers. The only reason I picked this dealership to buy my car is because of the location, it is much closer to me, than any of the other kia dealerships. I do love the car, but have seen or experienced nothing to indicate this business is to be trusted.

      Managers at this location are a huge let down, watch multiple employees be talked down to and disrespected by the Managers, as well as being talked down to and disrespected by a manager myself. Was told by a manager to stop talking when voicing my complaints.

      Out of state customers beware. Drove 3 hours from Iowa after getting numbers on a new lease and monthly payment ended up being almost $40 more per month on paper once I got there. Was initially told it was because dings and scratches were found on my trade-in, and when I asked to see what they were looking at, it was then because tax, title, and licensing is more for out-of-state - which was something I had already asked about in my initial phone call with salesman when initial numbers were discussed. My next lease won’t be through this dealership.

      I went to Jeff Belzer today with the hopes of purchasing a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. I have never been treated so poorly by a sales person. They offered me $3000 below the lowest trade in value for my car and when we explained that unless this was raised we could not make a deal and would like our car keys back to be able to leave, the salesperson left the table 2 more times without bringing back my keys. Also they brought back a new pricing sheet editing the cost of the vehicle to cost more to make it look like they were giving me more money for my trade in. I do not appreciate being treated like I am stupid. I asked for my keys at least 10 times. He brought a manager instead who asked me if I would like to start the process over with a new salesperson, that he could give me a call on Monday to talk once I had cooled off. They were literally holding me keys so I could not leave. I explained that I just wanted to leave and to not call me because we would not ever be purchasing a vehicle from them.
