In March 2022, at the suggestion of my daughter's AAU basketball coach, this "travel agency" was used by some parents to book hotel rooms for an April tournament. Club Ball Partners took my credit card information to reserve the room and took 1-night's payment ($133.38) from my credit card; I was staying for 3 nights. Once we got to the hotel, they explained the agency sent them one big check for everyone which the hotel could not accept and the agency would be refunding us as the hotel had to charge us the full amount. Upon checking out, I sent the agency my receipt that I had to pay in full and needed the $133.38 refunded to my card. They emailed back a basic email receipt of the refund. However, I was never refunded. I spoke to my credit card company 2 times to make sure it wasn't something on their end. *********** confirmed it was not; they have no record of a refund. I then continued to email this company (the phone number they provide is not a working number) approximately 6 times over the course of the last 2 months and have not one time received a response, nor my refund.
